Fonts and website images are served from the website server. The OpenAI Pixel is not loaded without marketing consent.

The project form creates a text file on your device and does not send an enquiry to SYNQ. We do not store form entries in local storage. The download is not reported to OpenAI as a lead. If marketing is allowed, the advanced matching described below may detect supported contact fields.

We store your consent or rejection with an expiry date for 180 days under synq-marketing-consent-v1 in local storage. We then ask again. Your choice applies to both the German and English versions on the same domain. If browser storage is blocked, your choice only applies to the current page.

We store a light or dark theme you actively select under synq-theme, until you delete this website data. These local settings provide the website functionality you select; the legal basis for the necessary access is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.

We only load the OpenAI Measurement Pixel after your marketing consent, to attribute and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Rejecting marketing does not affect your use of this website.

Loading and measurement may send your IP address, browser information, website origin, timestamps, and browser and advertising identifiers to OpenAI. The Pixel is loaded from bzrcdn.openai.com; measurement data is sent to bzr.openai.com. The provider may also process data in the United States. Information about recipients, international transfers and retention criteria is available in the OpenAI privacy policy.

Automatic Advanced Matching is enabled in the Pixel configuration. Supported contact details, such as an email address in a form field, may be detected, normalized and hashed using SHA-256 in the browser, then transmitted with measurement events. These hashes are pseudonymous data, not anonymous data. Our own measurement function does not pass form text or project descriptions.

A confirmed enquiry may in future be measured as lead_created . The current form does not send an enquiry and does not trigger this event. For the prepared lead measurement, we set opt_out: true, excluding the event from future user-level personalization.

After consent, the Pixel may set the first-party cookies __oppref for advertising attribution and __obref for a browser reference. Their intended lifetimes are 30 days and 365 days respectively; browser restrictions may shorten them. Capturing an advertising parameter again restarts the lifetime of __oppref . The SDK may also store the consent status locally.

These cookie lifetimes do not indicate how long OpenAI stores data that has already been transmitted. The provider’s retention criteria apply to that data.

Open ‘Cookie settings’ in the footer and select ‘Reject marketing’ to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. No further measurement events will be triggered; the SDK removes its attribution cookies. Data already transmitted is not automatically deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Without JavaScript, the Pixel is not loaded. You can also delete stored website data in your browser.

Full details about the data controller, hosting and privacy contact, as well as rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and complaint, must be completed before regular public operation. These additional Pixel notices do not replace the outstanding information.
